Shiatsu is a physical therapy that employs a combination of Chinese medicine theory and Japanese massage techniques to treat the body’s energy system. Diagnosis identifies areas of imbalance which are treated by applying pressure to acu-points and energy pathways.
Alex uses touch, comfortable pressure and manipulative techniques to adjust and balance body energy. The body enters a state of relaxation that in turn strengthens its natural ability to heal and balance itself.
